A treaty between the kingdoms of Ansteorra and Calontir was signed. The purpose of which was to have Calontir support Ansteorra at Gulf War and for Ansteorra to support Calontir at Estrella War. Also within this treaty was the freedom granted to both crowns the ability to bestow any in-kingdom award to a member of the other kingdom without prior royal consent. Arms were created to document this formal inter-kingdom peace.

A note on the device. Marshaling is not allowed by the Society College of Heralds, thus the treaty device is unregisterable. Because of that, and because an image of the finished work could not be found, potential liberties were taken with the color scheme. Specifically that of the friendship image in chief.
